Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a ciertos compuestos de formula (I), a las mezclas racémico-enantioméricas y a isomeros opticos de dichos compuestos, a sus profármacos y a las sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, representadas a continuacion, que son agonistas de receptor beta-adrenérgico y por consiguiente, tienen utilidad como, inter alia, agentes hipoglucémicos y contra la obesidad. La invencion se refiere además a procedimientos de uso de los compuestos y a composiciones que los contienen. Los compuestos de al presente invencion poseen además utilidad para aumentar al deposicion de carne magra y/o mejorar la relacion de carne magra a grasa en animales, por ejemplo animales ungulado, animales de compañía, especialmente perros y aves de corral. Los compuestos de formula (I) tienen la siguiente estructura (Ver Formula) en la que R1, R2, R3, R4 y R5 son como se han definido en la memoria descriptiva.
