Abstract
La presente invencion describe un método para el pre-recubrimiento de nucleos que contienen aceite, tales como goma de mascar, nueces, almendras y caramelos. La presente invencion describe también una composicion para la aplicacion en dicho método, y productos alimenticios recubiertos con esta composicion. La composicion de pre-recubrimiento contiene almidon hidroxipropilado adelgazado, preferiblemente almidon de tapioca el cual puede utilizarse en concentracion relativamente alta, requiriendo la aplicacion de solo un numero limitado de capas.
