Abstract

Un contenedor mínimo (10), hecho de tiras de carton corrugado, precortadas (12,14,16) sujetadas conjuntamente en superficies de traslape y dobladas para formar un bastidor rectangular, sin generar ningun desperdicio de carton corrugado. Un método para construir el contenedor mínimo (10) incluye pegar o engrapar las tiras de carton corrugado (12,14,16) juntas para formar una estructura de escalera; marcar, ranurar y doblar la estructura de escalera para forma un bastidor rectangular; sujetar el bastidor rectangular conjuntamente; cargar los contenidos en el bastidor rectangular; encerrar el bastidor rectangular con una envoltura de película de plástico flexible (18); y conectar la envoltura de película plástica flexible (18) al bastidor rectangular.
