Abstract
La invencion concierne a un procedimiento mejorado de oxidacion alcalina y un medio acuoso de azucares que poseen una o varias funciones alcoholes primarios mediante hipohalitas y en presencia de un catalizador constituido por un nitroxilo alquilo binario o terciario. El procedimiento es muy interesante porque la oxidacion se desarrolla en presencia de altas concentraciones de azucares. Los productos obtenidos mediante este procedimiento, algunos nuevos, pueden utilizarse como "builders" en las composiciones de lejía.
