Abstract
Se da una descripcion de tambor (1), como por ejemplo un horno rotatorio el cual está suspendido dentro de un anillo activo (3), por medio de abrazadera (7), que se extienden axialmente, las cuales quedan retenidas por el anillo activo (3), y se apoyan en sus extremos libres contra elementos de retencion (5), fijados en el tambor rotatorio, de tal manera que la carga vertical del tambor (1), con respecto a la cáscara o blindaje del tambor (1), se transmita tangencialmente al anillo activo. Las abrazaderas (7), están distribuidas de manera uniforme sobre las circunferencia del anillo activo (3), fijadas en sus caras laterales (3a, 3b). Aquí el anillo activo puede hacerse con una cara o faz interna cilíndrica lisa sin dientes, lo cual, además de ser ventajoso desde un punto de vista economico, también hace posible usar los anillos activos del tipo migratorio, ya existentes, en instalaciones antiguas. Además, todas las partes del dispositivo son más fácilmente accesibles en relacion a un trabajo de inspeccion y mantenimiento, puesto que ninguna de las partes queda oculta debajo del anillo activo.
