Abstract

Un proceso para la produccion de amilopectina cortada, en polvo, comprende extruir un material harinoso que comprende más de 83% en peso de amilopectina, opcionalmente con agua. El contenido de agua del material bajo extrusion, incluyendo cualquier agua agregada, está en el rango de 6 a 30% en peso, de preferencia de 8 a 24%. La temperatura del material durante la extrusion está en el rango de 120 a 220 degree C, de preferencia de 140 a 200 degree C.
