Abstract

En un método para verificar y colocar un rayo o chorro (3) para operar en una pieza de trabajo, un primer sensor (7) (por ejemplo, en el caso de un rayo, un sistema detector de costura) por arriba de un rayo o chorro, y/o u valor prefijado, determina la trayectoria que va a ser seguida por el rayo o chorro (3). Un segundo sensor (9) por atrás del rayo o chorro (3) verifica la accion del rayo o chorro. El valor prefijado, o las lecturas obtenidas por el primer sensor (7) con respecto a una posicion requerida del rayo o chorro (3), es o se compara con las lecturas obtenidas por el segundo sensor (9) con respecto a una posicion real del rayo o chorro (3), tomando en cuenta el desplazamiento relativo que depende de la velocidad entre el rayo o chorro y la pieza de trabajo. El rayo o chorro (3) es corregido a una posicion básica, si la posicion real se desvía de la posicion requerida.
