Abstract
The invention relates to a method and a device for detecting or determining a position or angle modification or a bending angle on a workpiece (2) and a workpiece section (3) during a bending process. To this end, at least one measurement or light beam, in particular, in the form of a light fan (14), originating from a light or measurement beam source (6) is directed onto the workpiece (2), in order to create a corresponding pattern of light, in particular, a line of light (7). The latter can be recorded and detected using a receiver, preferably a camera (8), in such a way that a modification to the angle of the workpiece (2) or its workpiece section (3) can be calculated, based on a position modification of the light pattern. The light or measurement beam source (6) is positioned in such a way, that the line of light (7) or several light lines (7) of this type, which can also be geometrical lines of symmetry or diameter lines, run parallel or substantially parallel to the bending line (11), so that a modification to the position of the bent workpiece section (3) leads to a parallel displacement of this projected line (7).
