Abstract

La presente invencion se relaciona con un artículo absorbente que tiene una parte frontal (12), una parte posterior (14) y una parte de entrepiernas intermedias (13), tal como un pañal, un protector de incontinencia o un artículo semejante que incluye un cuerpo absorbente (1) un lienzo inferior (7) impermeable al líquido unido en el cuerpo absorbente, y un lienzo superior (9) que queda libre de conexion con el cuerpo absorbente a través de gran parte de su superficie y que queda proximo al cuerpo de la persona usuaria cuando se use el artículo, y cuyo lienzo superior incluye una abertura (15) que se extiende desde la parte del artículo posterior hacia la parte de entrepiernas; y dispositivos (24, 25) elásticos que se fijan al lienzo superior en un estado alargable y que cuando se contraen desde el estado alargado ocasionan que parte del lienzo superior que no está unida al cuerpo absorbente quede a distancia desde el cuerpo. De conformidad con la invencion, el lienzo superior (9) incluye una abertura (16) adicional que se extiende desde la parte (12) frontal hacia la parte (13) de entrepiernas. Un pedazo (26) de material flexible se extiende transversalmente a través del artículo del cuerpo (1) absorbente del lienzo superior (9) dentro de esa region del lienzo superior que queda entre las dos aberturas (15, 16), estando sujetado este pedazo de material flexible al cuerpo absorbente y al lienzo superior.
