Abstract
La descripcion se refiere a un arreglo en un equipo (2) de accionamiento para una unidad (1) de sellado por ultrasonido. El equipo de accionamiento es el tipo que consiste de un numero de placas (3) cerámicas, piezoeléctricas con hojas (4) metálicas, conductivas, interyacentes, conectadas a una fuente de c.a. El equipo (2) de accionamiento consiste adicionalmente de un contrapeso (5) y un tornillo (6) de sujecion. El tornillo (6) de sujecion mantiene conjuntamente bajo una cierta tension las placas (3) cerámicas, las hojas (4) metálicas, y el contrapeso (5). Además, el tornillo de sujecion asegura de manera fija el equipo (2) de accionamiento en la unidad (1) de sellado. La unidad (1) de sellado comprende un cuerpo (13) homogéneo, que consiste de los cuerpos (7) de reaccion que circunda el equipo de accionamiento, un plano (10) nodal con un borde (11) de soporte firme, y una punta (8) con una superficie (9) de sellado, estrecha, alargada. El arreglo de acuerdo con la presente invencion consiste de un empaque (2) colocado así que constituye un separador (H) entre el cuerpo (13) de la unidad (1) de sellado y las placas (3) cerámicas. El empaque (12) permite la oscilacion de la unidad (1) de sellado por ultrasonido, pero previene que los esfuerzos flexionales, residuales alcancen la unidad (2) de accionamiento. La dimension (H) de espacio de empaque (2) se puede seleccionar para gobernar o manejar la amplitud de la unidad (1) de sellado a una amplitud predeterminada, preseleccionada.
