Abstract

Se describe un dispositivo de recoleccion de muestra que comprende un material absorbente que puede absorber y liberar fácilmente el líquido de prueba, y que comprende adicionalmente cuando menos un reactivo de ensayo. El reactivo de ensayo está presente solamente en una parte del material absorbente, y la parte restante del material absorbente se localiza corriente arriba de la parte que comprende el reactivo de ensayo, y sirve como un deposito para el líquido de prueba que se va a utilizar como un fluido de lavado. La parte del material absorbente que comprende el reactivo de ensayo está provista con elementos para impedir el deslavado del reactivo de ensayo durante la toma de la muestra, mientras que permite tener la disponibilidad del reactivo de ensayo para el desempeño de la prueba durante o después de la toma de la muestra.
