Está invención está dirigida a una invención útil para suministrotransdérmico de una cantidad sistémica, terapéuticamente efectiva, decetorolac, a un paciente que necesite del mismo; en donde la composicióncomprende de cetorolac disuelto en un vehículo acuoso antipiréticas, y endonde la composición exhibe un valor de flujo en la piel suficiente parasuministrar una cantidad sistémica de cetorolac a la corriente sanguíneadel paciente. Esta invención también comprende dispositivos parasuministrar transdérmicamente composiciones de la invención, y métodospara suministrar transdérmicamente una cantidad sistémica,terapéuticamente efectiva de cetorolac, a pacientes que lo necesiten.
