Abstract

En una planta de horno para cemento generalmente conocida, la cual se compone de un precalentador con calcinador y ciclón de separación, un horno rotativo y un enfriador de cemento blanco, se instala una cámara de descomposición adicional para la incineración de basura. La basura se introduce a la cámara se descompone por medio del calor del polvo crudo calcinado el cual se lleva a la cámara desde el ciclón de separación del calcinador a través de una compuerta de división y una tubería. Los productos gaseosos se llevan al calcinador y se queman en ese sitio, mientras que los subproductos no degradables se descargan a través de una salida en la cámara. Utilizando el calor del polvo crudo calcinado de la incineración de basura en vez de pro ejemplo los gases de escape de calentamiento, cualquier perturbación de las condiciones de absorción de la planta se pueden evitar y el control global del proceso de calcinación se mejora.
