Abstract

Esta invención se refiere a un sistema para asegurar y controlar con exactitud el flujo turbulento de una mezcla comprimida o presurizada de un gas y de un fluido de limpieza, par purgar y limpiar conductos. Las presiones del fluido de limpieza del gas son detectadas continuamente y se transducen en señales eléctricas para controlar válvulas para el gas comprimido, para mantener y asegurar su presión en una cantidad predeterminada con relación a la presión del fluido de limpieza, de modo que cuando el gas y el fluido son mezclado en un aparato para producir una corriente turbulenta, se asegure el flujo turbulento. Las mejoras de este circuito incluyen un transductor-detector de presión, para detectar la presión de la entrada del aire en el dispositivo o aparato para producir una corriente turbulenta, y alimentarlo de regreso al transductor de presión del aire, principal, para mantener en forma exacta una proporción predeterminada entre las presiones del gas y del fluido de limpieza, dentro de menos de aproximadamente 0.07 kg/cm2 (1 psi) en presiones de al menos 10.55 kg/cm2 (150 psi). Una señal de aviso o advertencia de la presión, indica cuando la presión del fluido de limpieza y/o del gas, es demasiado baja para producir un flujo turbulento efectivo. Además, puesto que los circuitos van a ser sensibles, se conecta un filtro pasabajos a al salida del transductor del fluido de limpieza, para evitar la operación innecesaria de las válvulas que controlan la presión del gas en el aparato que produce una corriente turbulenta, cuando el circuito está en su estado en espera de funcionamiento, por medio de lo cual. se incrementa la duración de estas válvulas para el control del gas. Un circuito de enriquecimiento para los detectores de la presión de fluido de limpieza, puede hacer variar las diferencias en la presión entre el fluido de limpieza, sino también durante la acción de turbulencia. Además, el control exacto de las presiones relativas del gas y del fluido de limpieza, en el aparato que produce una corriente turbulenta, hace posible que la mezcla que fluye en forma turbulenta no solamente limpie los conductos, sino que también los purgue.
