Abstract
La invención se relaciona con la fabricación de un hilo continuo revestido con una mezcla que reacciona a la radiación ultra-violeta. La invención consiste en formar una multiplicidad de filamentos continuos mediante estiraje mecánico de una multiplicidad de hilillos de materia(s) termoplástica(s) fundida(s) que se escurre de los orificios de cuando menos un dispositivo, que consiste en depositar en la superficie de cuando menos una parte de los filamentos, una mezcla al estado líquido, que pueda reaccionar bajo la acción de una radiación ultra-violeta, antes de reunirlos en cuando menos un hilo, para embobinarlo bajo forma de enrollado sobre un soporte en rotación y para exponer ese enrollado a una radiación ultra-violeta durante la operación de embobinado. Se aplica a la realización de compuestos.
