Abstract

Esta invención se refiere compuestos no esteroidales los cuales son ligandos de alta específicidad, de afinidad elevada, para los receptores de progesterona. Los compuestos incluyen derivados sintéticos de ciclomopol y sus diastereómeros, el monometil éter de (3R)-ciclocimopol espectroscópica y cromatográficamente puro, el cual funciona como un antagonista del receptor de la progesterona, y al monometil éter del (3S)-ciclocimopol, espectroscópica y cromatográficamente puro, el cual funciona como un antagonista del receptor de la progesterona.
