Abstract

Un tapón para frasco del tipo tradicionalmente fabricado de material plástico mediante el conocido proceso de inyección constituido por un disco superior liso, cuyo borde, después de su redondeamiento, se poryecta verticalmente hacia abajo, configurando una salida cilíndrica que además de poseer uan superficie antideslizante también tiene su parte interna provista de una rosca adecuada y en su parte inferior incluye además un dispositivo de inviolabilidad, formado por una cinta o banda evidenciadora, la cual está conectada al cuerpo mediante una pared o prolongación natural de la propia salida, en que la banda de evidencia presenta en su carga interna una saliente continua o diente integrado, igualmente circular, que se extiende practicamente por todo el tramo interno de la banda; el diente integrado presenta un perfil en ángulo, con su vertice volteado hacia adentro, en el que su cara inferior está virtualmente más inclinada que la superior, de manera que aquella pueda facilitar la penetración del diente por encima de collarín de la garganta del frasco hasta completarse el acoplamiento, momento en que la parte superior menos inclinada se afianza en al collarín, completando de esta manera el acoplamiento irreversible de las dos partes caracterizado porque la pared o la prolongación natural de la pared presenta un espesor virtualmente menor en relación a aquél de la salida y de la banda de evidencia gracias a una reducción diametral externa y por que esta pared menos gruesa lleva una linea circular de corte, continua continua ae interrumpida, en que las interrupciónes estan equidistantes o no, y son virtualmente menores en relación a un segmento de corte, al igual que la interrupcion mayor uno de cuatro los extremos de un segmento de corte esta unido a otro corte verticual que a su vez se extiende hasta una parte considerable de la banda de evidencia, haciendola más frágil exactamente a lo largo de una línea imaginaria vertical, lo cual también acontece con las interrupciones que funcionan como partes rompibles cuando se desaloja el tapón.
