Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con una película de barrera reciclable que comprende una primera capa que comprende polietileno de alta densidad; y una capa de barrera que comprende un polímero diferente de polietileno; en donde el polímero es operativo para reducir la velocidad de transmisión de oxígeno a través de la película de barrera con relación a la velocidad de transmisión de oxígeno a través de la primera capa; en donde la capa de barrera está presente en la película de barrera en una cantidad menor de 5 por ciento en peso, basado en el peso total de la película de barrera. También se describe en la presente un método para manufacturar la película de barrera descrita.
