Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un agente de lavado o limpieza que contiene una combinación de una a-amilasa y una proteasa, en donde la a-amilasa se caracteriza porque es al menos 89%, y cada vez más de preferencia al menos 90% 90.5%, 91%, 91. % 92%, 92.5% 93%, 93.5% 94%, 94.5%, 95%, 95.5%, 96% 96.5%, 97%, 97.5% 98%, 98.5% 99%, 99.5% y hasta 100% idéntica a la secuencia indicada en SEQ ID NO. 1 a través de toda la longitud de las misma, y tiene deleciones en una o más de las posiciones 180, 181, 182, 183 y 184 en la numeración de acuerdo con SEQ ID NO: 1, y la proteasa se caracteriza porque tiene una secuencia de aminoácidos que es idéntica en al menos 80%, y cada vez más de preferencia al menos 81% , 82% 83%, 84%, 85%, 86%, 87%, 88%, 89%, 90%, 90.5%, 91% 91.5% 92%, 92.5%, 93%, 93.5%, 94%, 94.5% , 95% 95.5% 96%, 96.5% 97%, 97.5%, 98%, 98.5% y 99% a la secuencia de aminoácidos indicada en SEQ ID NO. 2 a través de toda la longitud de las mismas, la a-amilasa mejora la estabilidad y el rendimiento de la proteasa en el agente del lavado y limpieza.
