Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para la producción de celdas tipo bolsa de electrolito (1) para una disposición de batería eléctrica, en el cual se coloca una primera sección de superficie (2) de una película, se dispone y se alinea una pila de celdas (8) con electrodos y separadores integrados y también descargadores fijados sobre la primera sección de superficie (2) colocada, se coloca una segunda sección de superficie de película sobre la primera sección de superficie (2) de la película referida y sobre la pila de celdas (8), y las dos secciones de superficie de la película son soldadas entre sí en sus regiones que rodean la pila de celdas (8) y que no están conectadas entre sí de manera que se forme un cordón de sellado. Con la finalidad de diseñar una celda tipo bolsa de electrolito que es producida usando el método señalado en lo precedente para que se pueda llenar en estado evacuado, cerrar en forma intermedia, apropiada para la extracción de gas de formación y nuevamente cerrar de manera definitiva con poca inversión se propone que se coloque en el método descrito precedentemente antes del soldeo de las dos secciones de superficie de la película en la región del cordón de sellado al menos un paso (3) y que el al menos único paso (3) sea incorporado en el cordón de sellado durante el soldeo del mismo.
