Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para producir un rodete de bomba centrífuga (1) con una placa de base (2) la cual es monolítica con aspas de bomba (4) y una arandela de cubierta (3), que está constituida de un material sintético termoplástico, siendo que hay regiones de acoplamiento que se calientan y funden por vía de una excitación ultrasónica y después del enfriamiento forman una conexión íntima de unión positiva. Es el objeto de la invención en un rodete de bomba centrífuga de placa de base y arandela de cubierta obtener estabilidad de forma en las piezas individuales y un premontaje sencillo y seguro, así como una conexión mecánica firme, siendo que solamente se requiere una escasa energía de excitación. Este problema se resuelve mediante las características de la reivindicación 1.
