Abstract
La presente invención da a conocer un sistema de filtrado de polvo de mezclas a alta temperatura de gas de aceite, vapor de agua y carburos propensos a precipitación, que comprende una cámara de separación cerrada conectada a un conducto de entrada y un conducto de escape. La cámara de separación cerrada comprende un mecanismo de filtro en el interior, la superficie exterior del mecanismo de filtro se conecta al conducto de entrada y la superficie interior se conecta al conducto de escape, y el sistema de filtración de polvo comprende un mecanismo de regeneración del filtro. La presente invención comprende un mecanismo de regeneración del filtro instalado en la cámara de separación cerrada que conecta a los conductos de entrada y escape, que puede devolver la capacidad de filtrado, que en gran medida es reducida por la adhesión de alquitrán y cenizas a la superficie y poros del filtro. La regeneración repetida reduce directamente el costo del filtro y mejora en gran medida su vida de servicio.
