Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有自洁功能的化工尾气净化装置，包括化工尾气吸收池和化工尾气净化塔，化工尾气吸收池的上方贯通连接化工尾气净化塔，化工尾气吸收池的一端侧壁插入尾气输入管，且尾气输入管的一端贯通连接有第一耐腐蚀泵，刷子不断运动，将附着在第二活性炭过滤层表面的尾气杂质颗粒刮下，落入斜坡板上，然后吸收液恰巧将尾气杂质颗粒冲洗到过滤箱，再经过了过滤网过滤，从而得到干的尾气杂质颗粒存在过滤箱中，达到自洁第二活性炭过滤层的作用，保证了后面连续化的生产，维持第二活性炭过滤层的自洁，保障了后面正常吸收效率及其效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域，具体为一种具有自洁功能的化工尾气净化装置。
背景技术
现有技术中的化工产品的制备，从原料到成品的制造过程中，会产生很多的尾气，一般都是直接通过排放，造成环境的污染，同时废气中还存在异味和粉尘，对身体造成一定的伤害，目前其尾气吸收一般采用一级或多级降膜吸收塔，能将尾气中有害物质和粉尘吸收，该装置将化工生产过程中的尾气吸收利用，但当其吸收到一定程度后，内部的网片会附着很多尾气的粉尘颗粒，造成堵塞，从而影响后面连续化的生产，难以保证后面正常吸收效率及其效果，需要定期的对吸收塔进行拆卸清理内部过滤网片，但是人为的对吸收塔内部进行清洗就会费时费力。为此，提出一种具有自洁功能的化工尾气净化装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有自洁功能的化工尾气净化装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种具有自洁功能的化工尾气净化装置，包括化工尾气吸收池和化工尾气净化塔，化工尾气吸收池的上方贯通连接化工尾气净化塔，化工尾气吸收池的一端侧壁插入尾气输入管，且尾气输入管的一端贯通连接有第一耐腐蚀泵，尾气输入管的另一端贯通连接布衣罩盖且伸入化工尾气吸收池的吸收液中，所述化工尾气净化塔的上端开设有净化气出口，且化工尾气净化塔的内腔上侧壁从上至下依次连接有第一活性炭过滤层、第二活性炭过滤层和斜坡板，所述斜坡板的上斜坡面一端固定连接有支撑板，支撑板中插接有液管，所述液管穿过第二耐腐蚀泵伸入到化工尾气吸收池的吸收液中；
所述斜坡板的斜坡中部转动连接伸缩杆的下端，伸缩杆的上端连接有刷子，且伸缩杆上套接有伸缩弹簧，所述伸缩杆靠近支撑板的一侧的侧壁连接弧形板，且弧形板和液管匹配对应设置，所述伸缩杆远离支撑板的一侧的侧壁通过复位弹簧与斜坡板连接，所述斜坡板远离支撑板一端的下斜坡面上开设有通孔，且通孔贯通连接有过滤箱，所述过滤箱的一侧壁和化工尾气净化塔的内侧壁连接，且过滤箱的另一侧壁连接在斜坡板的底部，所述过滤箱的底部安装有过滤网，且过滤网通过导向管和化工尾气吸收池贯通连接。
优选的，所述布衣罩盖的外侧套接有网桶。
优选的，所述网桶上开设有多个等间距分布的小孔。
优选的，所述第二活性炭过滤层由钢网和活性炭层组成，且第二活性炭过滤层为弧形结构。
优选的，所述过滤箱和化工尾气净化塔的侧壁之间连接有棉层过滤层。
优选的，所述过滤箱上开设有排污仓门。
优选的，所述第一活性炭过滤层为半球壳结构，且第一活性炭过滤层的上端面设有多个凸起空壳。
优选的，所述凸起空壳中塞有活性炭颗粒。
优选的，所述过滤网的网孔直径小于2毫米。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：此具有自洁功能的化工尾气净化装置结构简单，第一耐腐蚀泵将尾气抽入到化工尾气吸收池中参与反应，为一级过滤，第一活性炭过滤层、第二活性炭过滤层为二级和三级过滤，但是随之过滤次数增加，容易被尾气的粉尘颗粒堵塞，影响效果，通过第二耐腐蚀泵将化工尾气吸收池中的吸收液抽入到第二活性炭过滤层的下方，使得吸收液从液管喷出撞击到弧形板上，从而使得伸缩杆和刷子在复位弹簧与吸收液撞击力的共同作用下产生来回摆动，刷子不断运动，将附着在第二活性炭过滤层表面的尾气杂质颗粒刮下，落入斜坡板上，然后吸收液恰巧将尾气杂质颗粒冲洗到过滤箱，再经过了过滤网过滤，从而得到干的尾气杂质颗粒存在过滤箱中，达到自洁第二活性炭过滤层的作用，保证了后面连续化的生产，维持第二活性炭过滤层的自洁不被堵塞，保障了后面正常吸收效率及其效果。

请参阅图1-2，本发明提供一种技术方案：
一种具有自洁功能的化工尾气净化装置，包括化工尾气吸收池1和化工尾气净化塔22，化工尾气吸收池1的上方贯通连接化工尾气净化塔22，化工尾气吸收池1的一端侧壁插入尾气输入管2，且尾气输入管2的一端贯通连接有第一耐腐蚀泵3，尾气输入管2的另一端贯通连接布衣罩盖4且伸入化工尾气吸收池1的吸收液中，化工尾气净化塔22的上端开设有净化气出口，且化工尾气净化塔22的内腔上侧壁从上至下依次连接有第一活性炭过滤层8、第二活性炭过滤层9和斜坡板12，第二活性炭过滤层9由钢网和活性炭层组成，且第二活性炭过滤层9为弧形结构，斜坡板12的上斜坡面一端固定连接有支撑板11，支撑板11中插接有液管7，液管7穿过第二耐腐蚀泵6伸入到化工尾气吸收池1的吸收液中。
斜坡板12的斜坡中部转动连接伸缩杆14的下端，伸缩杆14的上端连接有刷子15，且伸缩杆14上套接有伸缩弹簧，伸缩杆14靠近支撑板11的一侧的侧壁连接弧形板16，且弧形板16和液管7匹配对应设置，伸缩杆14远离支撑板11的一侧的侧壁通过复位弹簧17与斜坡板12连接，斜坡板12远离支撑板11一端的下斜坡面上开设有通孔13，且通孔13贯通连接有过滤箱18，过滤箱18的一侧壁和化工尾气净化塔22的内侧壁连接，且过滤箱18的另一侧壁连接在斜坡板12的底部，过滤箱18的底部安装有过滤网19，且过滤网19通过导向管10和化工尾气吸收池1贯通连接。过滤网19的网孔直径小于2毫米，便于过滤掉从第二活性炭过滤层9刮下的尾气粉尘颗粒，从而使得尾气粉尘颗粒存在过滤箱18中。
布衣罩盖4的外侧套接有网桶5，网桶5上开设有多个等间距分布的小孔，减缓了尾气冒出速度，使得尾气可以在网桶5更充分与化工尾气吸收池1中的吸收液更加充分的参与化学反应吸收，进行一级过滤，化工尾气吸收池1中的吸收液中未充分反应，吸收液可针对尾气的化学成分进行更换，比如吸收液可以为酸，也可以为碱性物质氢氧化钠之类，从小孔冒出的尾气穿过棉层过滤层21上浮。过滤箱18和化工尾气净化塔22的侧壁之间连接有棉层过滤层21，过滤箱18上开设有排污仓门20，当过滤箱18中的尾气颗粒杂质存满，再打开排污仓门20即可轻松去除倾倒。
第一活性炭过滤层8为半球壳结构，且第一活性炭过滤层8的上端面设有多个凸起空壳，凸起空壳上开设有细孔，凸起空壳相当于增加了第一活性炭过滤层8的过滤表面积，凸起空壳中塞有活性炭颗粒，可以增加过滤效果。
第一耐腐蚀泵3、第二耐腐蚀泵6、电源开关和工厂电源均通过导线共同组成一条串联电路回路，化工尾气依次经过第一耐腐蚀泵3、尾气输入管2、化工尾气吸收池1、棉层过滤层21、第二活性炭过滤层9和第一活性炭过滤层8，最后经过净化气出口排到大气中，第二活性炭过滤层9和第一活性炭过滤层8进行二级和三级过滤。
工作原理：第一耐腐蚀泵3将尾气抽入到化工尾气吸收池1中参与反应，一级过滤，第二耐腐蚀泵6将化工尾气吸收池1中的吸收液抽入到第二活性炭过滤层9的下方，使得吸收液从液管7喷出撞击到弧形板16上，从而使得伸缩杆14和刷子15在复位弹簧17与吸收液撞击力的共同作用下产生来回摆动，刷子15不断运动，将附着在第二活性炭过滤层9表面的尾气杂质颗粒刮下，落入斜坡板12上，然后吸收液恰巧将尾气杂质颗粒冲洗到过滤箱18，再经过了过滤网19过滤，从而得到干的尾气杂质颗粒存在过滤箱18中，达到自洁第二活性炭过滤层9的作用，保证了后面连续化的生产，维持后面正常吸收效率及其效果。

1.一种具有自洁功能的化工尾气净化装置，包括化工尾气吸收池（1）和化工尾气净化塔（22），化工尾气吸收池（1）的上方贯通连接化工尾气净化塔（22），化工尾气吸收池（1）的一端侧壁插入尾气输入管（2），且尾气输入管（2）的一端贯通连接有第一耐腐蚀泵（3），尾气输入管（2）的另一端贯通连接布衣罩盖（4）且伸入化工尾气吸收池（1）的吸收液中，其特征在于：所述化工尾气净化塔（22）的上端开设有净化气出口，且化工尾气净化塔（22）的内腔上侧壁从上至下依次连接有第一活性炭过滤层（8）、第二活性炭过滤层（9）和斜坡板（12），所述斜坡板（12）的上斜坡面一端固定连接有支撑板（11），支撑板（11）中插接有液管（7），所述液管（7）穿过第二耐腐蚀泵（6）伸入到化工尾气吸收池（1）的吸收液中；
所述斜坡板（12）的斜坡中部转动连接伸缩杆（14）的下端，伸缩杆（14）的上端连接有刷子（15），且伸缩杆（14）上套接有伸缩弹簧，所述伸缩杆（14）靠近支撑板（11）的一侧的侧壁连接弧形板（16），且弧形板（16）和液管（7）匹配对应设置，所述伸缩杆（14）远离支撑板（11）的一侧的侧壁通过复位弹簧（17）与斜坡板（12）连接，所述斜坡板（12）远离支撑板（11）一端的下斜坡面上开设有通孔（13），且通孔（13）贯通连接有过滤箱（18），所述过滤箱（18）的一侧壁和化工尾气净化塔（22）的内侧壁连接，且过滤箱（18）的另一侧壁连接在斜坡板（12）的底部，所述过滤箱（18）的底部安装有过滤网（19），且过滤网（19）通过导向管（10）和化工尾气吸收池（1）贯通连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自洁功能的化工尾气净化装置，其特征在于：所述布衣罩盖（4）的外侧套接有网桶（5）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有自洁功能的化工尾气净化装置，其特征在于：所述网桶（5）上开设有多个等间距分布的小孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自洁功能的化工尾气净化装置，其特征在于：所述第二活性炭过滤层（9）由钢网和活性炭层组成，且第二活性炭过滤层（9）为弧形结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自洁功能的化工尾气净化装置，其特征在于：所述过滤箱（18）和化工尾气净化塔（22）的侧壁之间连接有棉层过滤层（21）。
