Abstract
Se proporciona según la invención un procedimiento para la fabricación de una pieza de fundición, que presenta estructuras huecas, usando un modelo 3D de coordenadas geométricas digitales de la pieza de fundición por medio de un molde de cerámica, en donde el procedimiento comprende las siguientes etapas: a) fabricación CNC del núcleo de acuerdo con el modelo 3D en un primer procedimiento de fabricación CNC; b) posicionamiento del núcleo en un soporte de procesamiento; c) moldeo de material de modelo alrededor del núcleo en un volumen mayor que la cubatura de la pieza de fundición, que se establece espacialmente de acuerdo con el modelo 3D por la posición del núcleo en el soporte de procesamiento), y solidificación del material del modelo; d) fabricación CNC de un contorno exterior de un modelo perdido de la pieza de fundición a partir del material solidificado del modelo alrededor del núcleo de acuerdo con el modelo 3D en un segundo procedimiento de fabricación CNC; e) aplicación de un molde de cerámica sobre el contorno exterior del modelo perdido y formación de una conexión de posicionamiento del molde de cerámica con el soporte de procesamiento; f) separación del modelo perdido del molde de cerámica alrededor del núcleo en el soporte de procesamiento; g) fundición de metal en el molde de cerámica alrededor del núcleo en el soporte de procesamiento; h) solidificación del metal fundido en la pieza de fundición sólida y i) separación del molde de cerámica y del núcleo de la pieza de fundición.
