Abstract

En un procedimiento y aparato para acondicionar una corriente de aire, la corriente de aire se pone en contacto con un absorbedor de desecante líquido en cada una de al menos dos etapas; el mismo aparato se usa como evaporador para reconcentrar el desecante; el desecante para cada una de dichas etapas se enfría o calienta de forma externa hacia el absorvedor o evaporador usando una fuente externa de enfriamiento abastecida con un fluido de enfriamiento o calentamiento común en cada etapa; el desecante fluye entre las etapas contracorriente al flujo de la corriente de aire de modo que en cada paso la concentración del desecante se reduce o incrementa por medio de contacto de la corriente de aire de modo que la concentración en cada etapa sea distinta de la concentración del desecante en las etapas previas.
