Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a métodos que han sido desarrollados para controlar la formación de enlaces disulfuro entre polipéptidos de una proteína multimérica producida por un bioproceso. También se describen parámetros de disoluciones de proteínas que permiten controlar la formación de enlaces disulfuro. En un ejemplo, los métodos aquí descritos se pueden usar para controlar la proporción de moléculas de semianticuerpos en una disolución de anticuerpos.
