Abstract

Sistema y métodos de monitoreo del comportamiento del conductor para la gestión de flotas vehiculares en una flota de vehículos utilizando un dispositivo de imágenes frente al conductor. Los sistemas y métodos en la presente se refieren, en general, a la gestión de flotas vehiculares para aumentar la seguridad de la flota y mejorar el desempeño de los conductores de la flota, y además se refiere al monitoreo del funcionamiento de los vehículos de la flota utilizando uno o más dispositivos de imagen frente a los conductores, ubicados en los vehículos de la flota para grabar las actividades de los conductores de la flota y sus pasajeros, almacenar la información relacionada con las actividades monitorizadas, generar selectivamente advertencias relacionadas con las actividades monitorizadas, y reportar las actividades monitorizadas a un sistema central de gestión de flotas para utilizarlas en aumentar la seguridad de los vehículos de la flota y para ayudar a mejorar el desempeño de los conductores.
