Abstract
Un sistema de iluminación direccional para su uso con un endoscopio para la creación de sombras en un campo de objeto para mejorar la percepción de profundidad y el contraste. La activación del primer conjunto de fibras de iluminación sin activar el segundo conjunto de fibras de iluminación crea sombras en el campo de objeto, lo cual mejora la percepción de la profundidad de un usuario dentro del campo de objeto.
