Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de una línea de debilidad por excavación de material en una pieza de trabajo planiforme mediante un rayo láser pulsado, en el que los ciclos de mecanizado van precedidos por una etapa de procedimiento para generar y almacenar una curva de señales de referencia (f(Ra)) que está formada por las señales de referencia (Ra) producidas por la amplitud de pulsación de los impulsos de láser en los sitios de excavación (a1, ..., an) a lo largo del contorno de la línea de debilidad. Como criterio de desconexión local para cada sitio de excavación (a1, ..., an) se usa el haberse alcanzado una porción porcentual respectivamente predeterminada de la señal de referencia (Ra) o una distancia absoluta con respecto a la señal de referencia (Ra) por una señal de medición (Ma) que se obtiene en base a una porción de amplitud de impulso transmitida en el respectivo sitio de excavación (a1, ..., an). La invención también se refiere a un dispositivo apropiado para realizar el procedimiento.
