Abstract

La invención se refiere a un adaptador de llenado para un depósito (2) que se debe llenar con fluidos (por ejemplo aceites, gases, refrigerantes, y lo similar), en particular para un primer llenado de depósitos con fluidos de operación en líneas de ensamble para la producción de vehículos automotores, en donde el adaptador de llenado esta equipado con un juego de mangueras (1), líneas eléctricas, neumáticas e hidráulicas. El objeto de la invención es el de alterar estructuralmente una válvula coaxial de manera que cuando se usa en un adaptador de llenado de este tipo se obtienen mejores propiedades técnicas de flujo. Simultáneamente se deberán reducir el tamaño de construcción, los costos de fabricación y el peso del componente. Este problema se soluciona equipando el adaptador de llenado en la región de su cabeza de adaptador (3) con una válvula coaxial, la cual a partir de la sección transversal de entrada primero tiene un contorno de flujo que se extiende paralelo al eje longitudinal de la válvula, el cual en el curso posterior del flujo hacía la sección transversal de salida se transforma en un contorno de flujo que se extiende ortogonal al eje longitudinal de la válvula.
