Abstract
Un método para realizar diagnósticos en un transformador objetivo que incluye aplicar una salida de voltaje de un generador de voltaje a un devanado o fase del transformador objetivo; controlar el generador de voltaje para emitir un voltaje de CA a una primera frecuencia y luego a una segunda frecuencia y medir la primera y la segunda corriente de excitación en el transformador objetivo asociado con la primera frecuencia y la segunda frecuencia, respectivamente. El método incluye además la determinación de una corriente de excitación real del transformador objetivo como una función de ambas primera y segunda corrientes de excitación, y comparar la corriente de excitación real del transformador objetivo con las corrientes de excitación asociadas con uno o más transformadores de referencia que tienen características eléctricas conocidas. Y cuando la corriente de excitación real del transformador objetivo coincide con una corriente de uno de los transformadores de referencia, se determina las características eléctricas del transformador objetivo para que coincidan con las características eléctricas del transformador de referencia.
