Abstract
En un procedimiento para reducir las emisiones de NOx de un horno rotativo tubular de una instalación de producción de clínker, un combustible suministrado a través de un quemador del horno rotativo tubular se quema con aire primario suministrado a través del quemador y el aire primario presenta un contenido de oxígeno reducido respecto del aire ambiental y una temperatura aumentada respecto del aire ambiental, y el aire primario se obtiene mediante el mezclado de aire ambiental con gas de escape proveniente del horno rotativo tubular o de un intercambiador de calor usado para el precalentamiento de harina cruda conectado al horno rotativo tubular. El aire primario se obtiene además mediante el mezclado con aire caliente, en particular con gas de escape de un refrigerador del clínker.
