Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método de producción de clínker para cemento implementado en una instalación de producción continua (1) que tiene por lo menos un área (2, 2´) para combustión de combustible para cocer una materia prima inorgánica; en dicho método la materia prima se convierte en clínker mediante cocimiento, obteniendo así clínker caliente (3), el clínker caliente (3) se enfría entonces en dos pasos consecutivos: un primer paso de enfriamiento implementado en un primer enfriador (4); y un segundo paso de enfriamiento implementado en un segundo enfriador (5); de conformidad con la invención, el primer paso de enfriamiento se lleva a cabo de manera continua soplando un gas oxigenado (6) al clínker caliente para obtener clínker parcialmente enfriado, y todo el gas oxigenado calentado (7), creado por el primer enfriador (4), se envía a dicha por lo menos un área de combustión (2, 2') de dicha instalación para usarse como gas de combustión ajustando la cantidad de gas oxigenado soplado al primer enfriador, para cubrir las necesidades de gas de combustión de dicha instalación sin excedentes, y el clínker parcialmente enfriado (31) se almacena en una cámara de almacenamiento del segundo enfriador (5) o incluso en una cámara de almacenamiento asociada con dicho segundo enfriador, y el segundo paso de enfriamiento se lleva a cabo de manera intermitente en el clínker parcialmente enfriado.
