Abstract
Se proporciona una lámina de acero de alta resistencia que tiene una tensión de rotura (TS) de 900 MPa o más y excelentes elongación, abocardabilidad, y capacidad de flexión en un sistema de componentes en el cual un elemento de aleación costoso no se agrega intencionadamente. Una lámina de acero de alta resistencia incluye una composición que incluye, sobre una base de % en masa, C: 0.15 a 0.40%, Si: 1.0 a 2.0%, Mn: 1.5 a 2.5%, P: 0.020% o menos, S: 0.0040% o menos, Al: 0.01 a 0.1%, N: 0.01% o menos, y Ca: 0.0020% o menos, con el resto comprendiendo Fe e impurezas incidentales. La lámina de acero de alta resistencia tiene una microestructura que incluye 40% a 70% de una fase de ferrita y una fase de bainita en total, 20% a 50% de una fase de martensita, y 10% a 30% de una fase de austenita retenida en términos de una fracción de área con respecto a la microestructura completa.
