Abstract
La presente invención suprime no solo una reducción en el desempeño resistente a la carga de un miembro estructural en una carrocería de vehículo que tiene una porción enfriada inmediatamente con una resistencia a la tracción de 1,470 MPa o mayor, sino también una reducción en el desempeño de amortiguación asociado con el suavizado de HAZ por soldadura. En una estructura de unión (10) para un miembro en una carrocería de vehículo en la que un primer miembro (11) que está hecho de acero, tiene una sección transversal hueca cerrada que no tiene pestaña hacia afuera, y está provista de una porción enfriada inmediatamente que tiene una resistencia a la tracción de 1,470 MPa o mayor, una porción de material de base que tiene una resistencia a la tracción de menos de 700 MPa y una porción de transición (17) entre la porción enfriada inmediatamente (16) y la porción de material de base (18) en una dirección longitudinal de la misma, y un segundo miembro (12) hecho de acero y traslapado, el primer miembro (11) están soldados entre sí en una porción traslapada, existe sobre la porción de material de base (18) desde la porción enfriada inmediatamente (16) del primer miembro (11) a través de la porción de transición (17), y existe una porción de soldadura (13) formada por soldadura en la porción de transición (17) o la porción de material de base (18) en el primer miembro (11).
