Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo de fermentación en estado sólido (SSF), caracterizado porque comprende - un molde exterior rígido (1) - una porción interior que forma una cámara de fermentación (2), removible, de uso único, formada de un material flexible y que comprende 2 porciones, - la porción inferior (8), o cámara inferior, que es más dura y tiene una forma casi idéntica a aquella del contenedor (3), - la porción superior (10) o cámara superior pretende abarcar el material que se va a fermentar, formado de un material más flexible, el volumen útil de la misma es mayor que aquel de la porción inferior, - se proporcionan medios de ventilación entre estas 2 porciones.
