Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de fermentation en milieu solide, comprenant une partie basale (10) formant un système d'aération, et une chambre de fermentation (20) formée sur la partie basale (10), la partie basale (10) comprenant une pluralité d'orifices d'aération (110) vers la chambre de fermentation (20) et au moins un orifice d'entrée (12) destiné à être connecté à une source de gaz, la chambre de fermentation (20) comprenant au moins un orifice de sortie (21) permettant une évacuation de gaz contenu dans ladite chambre de fermentation (20),caractérisé en ce que la partie basale (10) et la chambre de fermentation (20) sont fabriquées dans un même matériau souple, la partie basale (10) étant formée d'une pluralité de canaux d'aération (11) agencés parallèles les uns aux autres à travers lesquels sont formés la pluralité d'orifices d'aération (110) vers la chambre de fermentation (20), une grille micro-perforée (30) étant en outre fixée à la partie basale (10) agencée sur les canaux d'aération (11) entre les orifices d'aération (110) et la chambre de fermentation (20).
