Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a métodos para obtener material genético de embriones de plantas, a la vez que se mantiene la viabilidad, así como métodos para llevar a cabo un análisis molecular de embriones de plantas, en particular con pequeñas cantidades de material genético. Los métodos pueden incluir las etapas de recolección de material celular desprendido de uno o más embriones de plantas; obtener ADN del material celular desprendido; realizar un análisis molecular del ADN; y germinar al menos uno de esos uno o más embriones de plantas.
