Abstract
Un material para propósitos médicos a base de hidrogel de poliacrilamida que contiene en % en masa: acrilamida de entre 0.9 a 8.2, N-N'-metilen-bis acrilamida de entre 0.1 a 1,8, ácido hialurónico de entre 0.1 a 2,0, agua hasta el 100 %. Bajo una de las variantes del método el material ofrecido es producido por copolimerización de dichos componentes en un medio de gas inerte en presencia del activador de polimerización de peróxido a una temperatura de entre 69 a 74°C durante 16 a 19 horas. En la otra variante el hidrogel de ácido hialurónico se mezcla en un medio de gas inerte hasta una sustancia homogénea con una poliacrilamida adecuada para uso medicinal que se produce a partir de cantidades relevantes de acrilamida y N,N'-metilen-bis-acrilamida y agua en presencia del activador de polimerización de peróxido.
