Abstract

Un dispositivo de medición para la medición sin contacto mecánico de una capa, donde el dispositivo de medición incluye una fuente de luz funcional para generar un pulso adaptado para interactuar con la capa para generar una onda térmica en un medio gaseoso presente adyacente a la capa.
