Abstract

Método para probar de manera no destructiva cuerdas sintéticas en donde la cuerda en uso es sometida a análisis de rayos X, teraherlz, campo magnético permanente o electromagnético para determinar un patrón, los resultados del análisis se comparan con un patrón estándar determinado por el análisis, y los resultados de la comparación se usan para determinar si la cuerda sigue siendo apta para su uso, en donde la cuerda comprende al menos dos tipos de fibras, en donde el primer tipo de fibra tiene una densidad que difiere de la densidad del segundo tipo de fibra y en donde el segundo tipo de fibra es del mismo material de polímero que el primer tipo de fibra, pero proporcionado con un material de alta densidad o de baja densidad; también se reivindican cuerdas adecuadas para su uso en este método.
