Abstract
Sistemas y métodos de un controlador electroquirúrgico que tiene múltiples modos de operación que están configurados para el tratamiento de un tipo de tejido objetivo específico y el efecto electroquirúrgico deseado, en donde el tratamiento y el efecto se proporcionan mediante un solo controlador y una sonda electroquirúrgica; el controlador electroquirúrgico incluye un aparato de control de fluido integrado o bomba, en donde la activación del controlador permite el suministro selectivo de energía y correspondientes caudales volumétricos de fluido; la sonda electroquirúrgica incluye un lumen de transporte de fluido y está en comunicación con el controlador y la bomba para la operación de la sonda en los diversos modos seleccionados por un usuario con suministro de energía acompañante y control de fluido dirigido al tratamiento deseado y al efecto quirúrgico.
