Abstract

Composiciones acuosas que contienen ácido clorhídrico con una concentración entre 8 % en peso y 28 % en peso, inclusive. La relación molar del aminoácido:ácido clorhídrico puede ser de entre 0,2 y 1,5. Hay presente agua suficiente para disolver el ácido clorhídrico y el aminoácido. Dichas composiciones son útiles como retardadores para composiciones ácidas empleadas en la estimulación de formaciones subterráneas. Enlentecer la reacción entre el ácido y la formación ayuda a maximizar la permeabilidad y productividad de la formación.
