Abstract

Se proporciona un ensamble de cambiador térmico de fluido múltiple que integra múltiples y distintos sistemas de cambiador térmico a un sistema integrado, individual o alojamiento utilizando un cabezal común. Cualquier combinación de técnica, como se describe, puede ser utilizada para optimizar el funcionamiento del cambiador de acuerdo con los fluidos particulares que se están enfriando. El ensamble de cambiador térmico puede ser optimizado utilizando un par de cabezales opuestos que tienen un primer grupo de aberturas y un núcleo de tubo dispuesto de acuerdo con una primera configuración y un segundo grupo de aberturas y un tubo de núcleo dispuesto de acuerdo con una segunda configuración, y en donde las primera y segunda configuraciones son diferentes entre sí. El ensamble de cambiador térmico también puede ser optimizado a través de diferentes técnicas de unión de núcleo/aleta de tubo para cada uno de los distintos sistemas de cambiador térmico. Otra técnica para optimizar el ensamble de cambiador térmico es a través del uso de diferentes profundidades de núcleo para cada uno de los distintos sistemas de cambiador térmico.
