Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una estructura de empaque flexible que cuenta con características incluidas de evidencia de violación y apertura/nuevo cierre, la cual comprende: una estructura externa (10) unida de forma adhesiva en una relación frente a frente con una estructura interna (42), la estructura externa comprende un primer material flexible y la estructura interna comprende un segundo material flexible; una línea de rompimiento externa (52) formada en la estructura externa, la línea de rompimiento externa define una porción de apertura externa (86) que es separable de la estructura externa a lo largo de la línea de rompimiento externa; una línea de rompimiento interna (62) formada en la estructura interna, la línea de rompimiento interna define una porción de apertura interna (88) que es separable de la estructura interna a lo largo de la línea de rompimiento interna; en donde la porción de apertura interna está unida a la porción de apertura externa, de manera que el levantar la porción de apertura externa fuera del plano de la estructura de empaque flexible hace que la porción de apertura interna sea levantada junto con la porción de apertura externa, de manera que se cree una abertura a través de la estructura de empaque flexible; en donde una región marginal de la porción de apertura externa es definida entre las líneas de rompimiento interna y externa, la región marginal ubicándose por arriba de una superficie subyacente de la estructura interna; en donde un adhesivo sensible a la presión (20) está dispuesto en una de una superficie sobrepuesta de la porción de apertura externa y la superficie subyacente de la estructura interna para readherir la superficie sobrepuesta a la superficie subyacente después de la apertura; y caracterizada porque la estructura comprende además una porción de desprendimiento (65) de la estructura externa que se encuentra al inicio en un estado no desprendido antes de la creación inicial de la abertura y cuyo estado no desprendido es evidente a partir de una inspección visual de la estructura externa, en donde la porción de desprendimiento comprende un área no interrumpida (57) a lo largo de la línea de rompimiento externa en la cual la estructura externa no se encuentra cortada, el área interrumpida es desprendida a través de la creación inicial de la abertura a través de la estructura de empaque flexible y en donde el área interrumpida se encuentra unida en un lado mediante una línea de rompimiento transversal (58) conectada con la línea de rompimiento externa y que se extiende de forma transversal hacia ese sitio.
