Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir una célula fotosintética con una taza acrecentada de asimilación de CO2, caracterizado porque comprende por lo menos uno de los pasos: a) modificar genéticamente la célula fotosintética para reducir o evitar el reciclado de lípido, y b) transformar la célula fotosintética con un polinucleótido que codifica una oleosina modificada que incluye por lo menos una cisteína introducida artificialmente.
