Abstract
Se provee un sistema y un método para el tratamiento de acceso sub-vehicular de superficies terrestres alrededor de una vía de ferrocarril ocupada por un vehículo ferrocarril. Una unidad de tratamiento móvil que tiene un mecanismo de propulsión para el paso sub-vehicular entre las vías de ferrocarril ocupadas por el vehículo de ferrocarril, que incluye una porción de suministro para expeler un material de tratamiento desde el mismo sobre las regiones de la superficie terrestre sobre las vías de ferrocarril. La unidad de tratamiento móvil es maniobrable entre los rieles, y mantiene un espacio libre de altura para el paso no obstruido entre el vehículo de ferrocarril que ocupa una vía. Al menos una unidad sensora está acoplada a la unidad de tratamiento móvil, que adquiere datos de retroalimentación ambiental sobre la unidad de tratamiento móvil. Una unidad de control está en lazada operablemente al tratamiento móvil, y a las unidades sensoras, y recibe los datos de retroalimentación ambiental. La activación de controles de la unidad de control de la unidad de tratamiento móvil es en respuesta a la retroalimentación ambiental y/o al comando de control de maniobras.
