Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un andamiaje de glucomanano neutralizado capaz de promover el crecimiento celular y adecuado para ingeniería y cultivo de tejido tridimensional. La presente invención también proporciona métodos para hacer y degradar el andamiaje de glucomanano neutralizado. La presente invención también proporciona un método para cultivar células en un andamiaje de glucomanano neutralizado. Un método para preparar un andamiaje de glucamanano neutralizado, el método caracterizado porque comprende poner en contacto un adamiaje de glucamanano básico que tiene un pH mayor que 8 con una solución acuosa a una presión por lo menos 1 psi mayor que la presión atmosférica, para formar un andamiaje de glucamanano neutralizado que tiene un pH de 7,donde la solución acuosa se selecciona del grupo que consiste en una solución amortiguada, una solución ácida y un medio de cultivo celular preparando así el andamiaje de glucamanano neutralizado.
