Abstract

Se describe un molino que incluye una cámara de molienda (1) que contiene un rotor (2) provisto de percutores (4), y al menos una malla de choque (5, 6) montada pivoteando con ayuda de un gato de regulación (9, 10) para acercar o alejar el extremo base de la malla con relación al rotor (2) con el fin de definir, entre el extremo base de la malla y el extremo libre de los percutores (4), una separación (R) que determina una granulometría dada. El molino incluye un dispositivo de posicionamiento del rotor que comprende los medios de indización que permiten colocar el extremo de uno de los percutores con acercamiento máximo a la malla (5) con miras al ajuste de la separación (R). Éste comprende un moto reductor (11) que impulsa un piñón (12) adaptado para ser sujetado con una rueda dentada (13) solidaria en rotación del rotor (2), con el fin de impulsar en rotación a partir de un estado de reposo hasta un acercamiento máximo, uno de los percutores (4) con relación a la malla.
