Abstract
Un ensamble de válvula de evacuación de molde de fundición (1) presenta una cubierta de válvula de dos partes (2). Un ducto de evacuación (3, 5), el cual se puede cerrar por medio de una válvula de evacuación (7), está maquinado en la parte de cubierta frontal (2a). Un accionador (14), para accionar un pistón de válvula (8) de la válvula de evacuación (7), está alojado en la cubierta (2). El accionador (14) comprende un transductor de fuerza (15) accionado por material de fundición y un miembro de transmisión de fuerza (20) para transmitir el movimiento de cierre del transductor de fuerza (15) al pistón de válvula (8) de la válvula de evacuación (7). El accionador (14) presenta además un ensamble de resorte apilado (23) para regresar el accionador (14) y/o expulsar con fuerza el espacio extra. La parte de cubierta frontal (2a) está provista con un manguito (26) que rodea al menos la parte de cabezal (9) del pistón de válvula (8) y un manguito (31) adicional que rodea al menos la parte de cabezal (16) del transductor de fuerza (15). Ambos manguitos (26, 31) son más duros que la parte de cubierta frontal (2a).
